Fantastic food and service from Saba today.
This place is simple fantastic, and happens to be VEGAN AND GLUTEN FREE. Don't be fooled by that though - it is truly delicious and worth your time. They offer tremendous Ethiopian food.
We ordered their vegan Injera dishes: there were lovely lentil, split pea, spinach, beetroot, potato, and cabbage stews. Really healthy and delicious.

I am a private chef and have very, very high standards.
We ordered their Injera dishes: there were lovely lentil, split pea, spinach, beetroot, and cabbage stews. Really healthy and delicious, and authentic - and the injera bread was really nice!

Amazing Ethiopian food so close to White Oak I’m excited they’re open now... hated the drive to downtown to have Ethiopian. Not no more. I would’ve posted pictures of the tibs firfir but I don’t want Google to have access to my gallery, I don’t know them like that lol... but great food great service great location.
